Bourekas with eggs, spring onions and cheese.


For the dough:

Flour- 1 cup

Hot water- 1/2 cup

Oil- 1/4 cup

Salt- 1/2 teaspoon

For the filling:

Eggs- 4 eggs boiled

Spring onions- 1/2 cup green part only, chopped

Cheese- 1/2 cup grated

Sour cream- 2 tablespoons

Salt pepper

Oil for frying- 1 cup


Mix hot water with oil and salt, add flour and kneed the dough.

Let it rest, covered, for 30 minutes.

Mix all the stuffing ingredients, set aside.

Cut the dough into 10 pieces.

Roll each into a ball, and with rolling pin, stretch each ball to a circle- 10 cm in diameter .

Put the filling in a half of the circle and cover with another side, forming a half moon shape.

Seal it and fry in batches.
