The Cup semis start at 7.40am Monday and Fiji will either meet South Africa, England or US in the Final at 12.49pm Monday.

Sixth-seeded France arrived in the final after stunning No. 2 seed Australia with a 19-12 win. Trailing at halftime after two tries from Eagles' Naya Tapper, New Zealand scored three in the second period to win 26-21.

Bianca Farella looked to have forced extra-time for the Canadians after diving over in the corner to tie the contest at 19-19 but France swept back with a long-range attack which ended with Drouin crashing over from a couple of yards out for the winning score. The stage is set for a very special and innovative tournament - the biggest Rugby World Cup Sevens, the most digitally-engaged, most viewed, and we hope the most competitive Rugby World Cup Sevens to date.

South Africa will play England in the semi-final.

The three-day, 40-team Rugby World Cup Sevens will be a competition of firsts - the first World Cup in the United States of America, the first sevens event to feature an exciting knock-out format and the first Rugby World Cup Sevens to be hosted in a Major League Baseball world champion venue.

Winger Siviwe Soyizwapi crossed over for four tries, allowing the Blitzboks to cruise past and Irish side who managed to score only in the final play of the match. "After we won that, everybody was saying, 'These guys got a chance to win the World Cup.' People started really believing us and it shows that they showed up tonight to support us". "I want to thank them for that and we just want them to keep supporting the team", the destroyer said after playing a starring role in Fiji's quarter-final demolition of Argentina. But the coaches decided on a training session earlier in the day and that helped us prepare, so we were ready for Ireland.

While being a Fiji supporter in recent years has certainly not been tough, they have had their share of disappointment in 2018. The Black Ferns were made to fight all the way in beating the US in the semi-finals and the final proved a stroll by comparison.
