Photo A juror in the Bill Cosby sexual assault trial said he found a deposition by Mr. Cosby in 2005 to be the most critical evidence in the case.

Harrison Snyder told ABC's "Good Morning America" in an interview aired Monday that Cosby's deposition, in which he admitted giving women drugs to have sex with them, made him believe Cosby was guilty. In the first trial, there was one and when you have five, they just have such prejudicial value and I think it just overwhelmed the jury.

Cosby said he rejected a plea deal that would have required him to serve house arrest and register as a sex offender - a claim rejected by the DA's office previous year, when Cosby's side first made it, and again on Monday.

Should he eventually receive prison time, the disgraced "America's dad" of The Cosby Show fame will become probably the best-known celebrity to hear the gates of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections shut behind him, according to a department spokeswoman, Susan McNaughton.

"I think it was his deposition, really", the 22-year-old juror said. "I'm a little too young for that". "Not when they want me to say that I'm a sex offender".

"This is what they wanted", Cosby told the New York Post's Page Six after his conviction.

An emotional Andrew Wyatt, Cosby's chief spokesman, said the trial was reminiscent of Emmett Till, the 14-year-old Mississippi African American whose lynching after he was accused of whistling at a White woman, ignited the Civil Rights Movement. Together they delivered a closing argument that wrested the "con artist" label from the defense and pushed back at suggestions the case was outside the statute of limitations.

Cosby is awaiting sentencing from his Cheltenham home, where he sexually assaulted Andrea Constand and where he is now under house arrest.

But to anyone who questions the verdict, which found Cosby guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault: "If you were there, you would say the same thing".

He explained that although there were inconsistencies in Constand's testimony, Dr. Barbara Ziv, a psychiatrist who took the stand, said discrepancies are not out of the norm.

The Friday decision in Cosby's retrial comes after his initial trial in June 2017, which resulted in a mistrial because of two not guilty holdouts by the jury.

"After thoughtful and meticulous consideration of the information and evidence provided to us, we came to our unanimous verdict", added a statement for the Cosby jury.

Cosby now faces 10 years in prison on each count.
