Apple is expected to launch three new iPhone models based on the new iPhone X design at fall event this year. It's unlikely Apple's next-gen iPhone X devices, with reports instead pointing to the launch of three new flagship handsets - a 6.1in LCD iPhone and 5.8in and 6.5in OLED iPhones - later in the year. The analyst further predicts that the 6.5-inch OLED iPhone X Plus will offer dual-SIM functionality. Kuo says that the 6.5-inch OLED iPhone, which is believed to debut as the "iPhone X Plus", will also arrive with dual-SIM support. A report on TechRadar mentions that the dual-SIM facility might be limited to only few countries. The single SIM model is expected to be priced between $550 (approx Rs. 36,190) and $650 (approx Rs. 42,770) and the dual-SIM model priced between $650 ( approx Rs 36,190) and $750 (approx Rs. 49,350). The single SIM model is said to cost between $550 and $650. There is also a rumor that Apple may choose to split the launch and the follow-up for the iPhone X could get launched as early as June or in the early third-quarter of 2018.

According to the current news, Apple has registered 11 new iPhones that will run iOS 11: A1920, A1921, A1984, A2097, A2098, A2099, A2101, A2103, A2104, A2105 and A2106.

All eyes are on the iPhone SE, which is overdue a refresh after it first launched in March 2016. So, while the regular phones could be the iPhone 9 and 9+, the iPhone XI or whatever it is called, may chart a different path and even be used by Apple to experiment with some new features, the way Samsung does with its Note series.

A dual-SIM iPhone at such a cheap price could be a game changer for Apple outside of the US. This means that both the 6.1-inch and 6.5-inch iPhone will come in two variants.

Consomac (via MacRumors) has spotted a filing from Apple to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) listing eleven never-before-seen model numbers. And speaking of Apple's expensive flagship, iPhone X profitability puts the rest of the industry to shame. While the Apple A10 Fusion's oomph will also allow the iPhone SE 2 to support the HEIF & HEVC formats. The analyst added that if the company did release a new iPhone SE model this year, it would only be an iterative upgrade with minor improvements, not major enhancements such as wireless charging or 3D sensing. Apple's revenue was up 12.7% compared to the same quarter past year. Swiss National Bank now owns 19,248,516 shares of the iPhone maker's stock valued at $2,966,581,000 after acquiring an additional 79,100 shares during the last quarter.
