After a report on Twitter revealed the number of fake followers popular world leaders have, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked each BJP MP to get at least 300,000 "genuine" likes on their Facebook page. Now he wants data on our children. "Will the brain behind this "Data Usurpation" be summoned? What about the 15 Lakh NCC cadets & their privacy?".

In a blog post yesterday, Jain without making any reference of the NaMo App, said, "Given the recent discussion over privacy, security, and the role of service providers such as CleverTap, we'd like to clarify our stand on security, user consent, and data privacy.CleverTap doesn't sell, share, rent, re-market, or do anything amusing with publisher data".

"In the run-up to 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP had made a promise to India's farmers of giving "Cost + 50 per cent" as MSP".

Recalling the Budget 2018, the Prime Minister said that the farmers will be given 1.5 times minimum support price (MSP) fair price for the crops.

Gandhi's comments spurred outrage on Indian social media and came after a security researcher under the pseudonym Elliot Alderson claimed on Saturday that the app was sending users' data to a United States-based company named CleverTap.

In his radio address, he talked about a " fit India" and preventive healthcare, PM Modi stressed that yoga is a form of preventive healthcare.

"When you sign up for my official App, I give all your data to my friends in American companies".

"We are talking about the prime minister of the country", he said.

"We don't enhance or combine data from other sources at our end", said Jain, adding that CleverTap is the brand name, while WizRocket is the name of the parent company. "Today, the campaign of Make in India is progressing successfully in consonance with Ambedkar's dream of India as an industrial super power - that vision of his has become our inspiration today", the PM said. Gandhi also said that the app tracks the user's location.

"We all know that Rahul Gandhi is no match for Narendra Modi". Congress social media in-charge Divya Spandana Ramya said the URL pointed out has been dysfunctional for a while and membership is through the INC website. Contact access is required to connect with friends or fellow party workers on the New India connect module. All of us took up the responsibility and the result is that in the last four years or so, sanitation coverage has nearly doubled and risen to around 80%.
