An arrest report, the outlet claims, stated that the student allegedly used the moniker "NickCruz" for an online game he played.

And Tuesday, one such order was served on Cruz, the 18-year-old brother of Nikolas Cruz, whom authorities say killed 17 people at his former high school. He's been charged with 17 counts of premeditated murder.

It seems troubling news continues to unfold in Parkland, Florida one month after the deadly mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

Carotti's alleged on-duty nap is the latest in a string of embarrassments for the Broward Couny Sheriff's Office.

BSO also arrested a third student, a 10th-grader who made threatening posts on social media directed at a classmate.

He was hospitalized under the Baker Act for being a threat to himself and will be transferred to the Juvenile Assessment Center once he's medically cleared, ABC Action News reports.

Salter, 18, reportedly got into an argument with another student. Salter then "reached inside of her bra and pulled out a 2 inch knife" when the boy attempted to lean in close to her, according to an arrest form seen by CBS News. It's not clear if she will face any charges.

Gavin Stricker, 19, was arrested later that afternoon for allegedly brandishing a knife on the school bus Monday afternoon. Police said he skateboarded to the store and left with two headsets and an Xbox controller that he stuffed inside a red backpack. The girl survived the rampage.

"I think he was as scared as the rest of us were", Amanda Stricker said.

The school intends to prosecute Zachary Cruz, the arrest report said, adding that the young man had received "prior warnings by school officials to refrain from entering the school campus".

'Following the loss of seventeen innocent lives at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, our state has been focused on making our schools safer and doing everything possible to prevent a tragedy like this from ever happening again. "As you know, I can't comment on an ongoing internal affairs investigation, but once the findings are in I will make the appropriate decisions regarding the way we are going to handle it and the level of discipline", Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said, as cited by The Sun Sentinel.

Gov. Rick Scott announced Wednesday that he will deploy eight Florida Highway Patrol troopers to help secure Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

A school deputy was also suspended this week after a student caught him sleeping in his patrol auto.

The arrests come amid reports a deputy has been suspended by the Sheriff's office (BSO) after having been discovered asleep in his patrol vehicle, and a third student has been placed under psychological evaluation for posting pictures on social media of a gun in his waistband under the gamer tag name of "NickCruz".
