That's when she allegedly poured red wine on his paintings and ripped them off the wall, then threw his sculptures on the ground.

Police arrested Lindy Lou Layman, 29, of Dallas, on December 23 at the Houston home of Tony Buzbee, who cemented his reputation as one of Texas' most prominent trial lawyers by winning a $100 million federal jury verdict against BP in 2009 over chemical discharges.

A couple's date reportedly ended on a disastrous note after a 29-year-old woman was arrested for destroying $300,000 worth of artwork inside the home of a well-known Houston attorney.

The suspect allegedly tore down two original Andy Warhol paintings each worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, the news station reported.

Layman is charged with criminal mischief after prosecutors say she destroyed pricey paintings and sculptures following a date with high-profile attorney Tony Buzbee Saturday night.

"Layman, a Dallas resident and freelance court reporter, was granted $30,000 bond after being charged with criminal mischief", said the Daily News. That's when Buzbee called a second Uber driver. "When they returned to his home, he believed she was too intoxicated and decided he wanted her to leave".

Per the data read in court, Layman was forceful toward the second Uber driver, strolled again into Buzbee's home and yelled, "I'm not clearing out".

Then Buzzbee called Layman a second Uber, prosecutors said in court on December 27. One of the paintings was supposedly by Andy Warhol. "Luckily those weren't damaged". "She also pulled a Renoir and a Monet off the wall". When she allegedly hid in the house, refusing to leave, he called another Uber, but that just set her off even more.
