Now, on day two of the second Test against New Zealand in Hamilton, Ambris made it two hit wickets from three Test innings.

Trent Boult captured his 200th test wicket as New Zealand beat the West Indies by 240 runs on Tuesday, completing a 2-0 sweep of its first test series since March.

New Zealand wasted no time finishing the West Indies first innings off at Seddon Park today.

It was a matter of when and not if for New Zealand, who claimed the prized scalp of opener and stand-in captain Kraigg Brathwaite for 20 early on Tuesday.

Wagner then proceeded to remove wicketkeeper Shane Dowrich and Roach for 35 and 17 respectively.

But Roston Chase made a half century in a 78-run partnership with Ramon Reifer (29) which delayed New Zealand's push for victory by nearly two hours.

Gabriel was the pick of the bowlers with four wickets, while Roach snapped up three, Miguel Cummins took two and debutant Raymon Reifer chipped in with one.

He was out in that fashion for a first ball duck on his debut in the first Test at Wellington and he suffered the same fate Sunday, becoming one of only three batsmen in Test history to be out hit wicket a few times in their careers.

Instead new ball pair Tim Southee and Trent Boult turned on the entertainment with some impressive, and outrageous hitting. "Credit to the way we stuck to our plans and executed them well in both games", Williamson told reporters. It will play only limited-overs matches until its two-test series against England in March.

In the first Test in Wellington, Ambris was out the first ball he'd faced, from Neil Wagner, in a similar fashion.

"He always said when there is a butterfly that's (me) and there was a butterfly out there when I was on about 70 so that was pretty good". Thereby he became the first player in the history of Test cricket to register a hit-wicket golden duck on debut. "Tough loss, but we saw on the bouncy pitches that we have to be better with our shot selection and we need to be more incisive".
