In the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim expressed her feeling about her surrogate situation.

'Of course I want to know ever last detail that's going on with my baby and that's super frustrating, but I really trust my surrogate and I don't want to be that person that's trying to control her every move.

The media mogul and husband Kanye West will welcome a baby girl via surrogate in the coming weeks, and while Kim has been open about her fertility issues in the past, she's now revealing for the first time that a previous pregnancy attempt resulted in the loss of an embryo.

By the end of the episode Kim and Khloe finally got their older sister to admit that he's her official boyfriend; however, she was mum about if they said "I love you" to each other yet.

"Kanye and I have always talked about having more kids, but I've gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don't think it's safe for me to carry my own baby", Kim confesses to the camera. "I try to be present, but when you're not carrying it yourself, it's a fine balance between how much you're going to be in their lives". While Kourtney did her best to make up an excuse as to why she couldn't go out with the actor, she eventually came clean about her relationship status.

She further said she does not want people to find out who her surrogate is and that she is grateful to the mother of her baby for being "selfless".

Kourtney Kardashian and her beau, model Younes Bendjima, have been official for quite a while now.

Kanye's inclusion comes as a surprise after Kim recently told James Corden that the Christmas card would only feature "women and children this year". "I definitely want to keep it private..." Like I don't want them to harass her.

The surrogate is now carrying their third child and Kim, who is already mum to two kids, North, four, and two-year-old Saint, admitted that she was trying her hardest not to come across as "controlling".

After the embryo was implanted, they had to wait for ten days to find out if she was pregnant or not.

"It's like the craziest waiting game, it's so frustrating", she tells sister Khloé Kardashian over the phone. She doesn't know how to handle stuff like that.
